Wallace E. Harrell III, Attorney at Law
has served as lead counsel
in numerous civil trials. His areas of practice include trials involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, will and estate contests, and contract and construction disputes. He has also represented clients at trial in class-action litigation and environmental issues. Mr. Harrell has participated in over 100 appeals in the Court of Appeals of Georgia and in the federal appellate courts.

Educational Background
Mr. Wallace E. Harrell III learned his license to practice law in the state of Georgia in 1956. He received his LL.B. from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. As a student at Mercer, Mr. Harrell was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, editor-in-chief of the Mercer Law Review and president of the Mercer University student body. He was also president of the Blue Key Honor Society and president of his fraternity.
